I was greeted by Jason as I walked through the door. He set up and took me straight back and did my piercing with no wait at all. The lady at the desk was SUPER sweet. Jason did an EXCELLENT job and was very nice, very professional. The place is very clean and comfortable. If I ever decide on another piercing, THIS is where Im going to have it done!

“Amazing artists.. Terrible receptionist.” That was my first review when I gave them 3 stars. I’m now changing that review and I wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1. When I called head to see if they took American Express, I was treated very rudely on the phone. Then when I got there, not knowing it was me that had called, they proceeded to talk about me like a dog right in front of me and in front of lots of other customers in the shop. I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and downright rudeness that I experienced there. The artist are pretty good but I can get “pretty good” artists anywhere and I don’t need to be treated like that when I take my money somewhere.

I was here just yesterday afternoon to get a tongue piercing. The receptionist was nice and professional, and she also happened to be the woman who did my piercing. The procedure was sanitary and quick. I also have been here for my septum piercing a couple months back and the same woman did that procedure, too. Same as the tongue piercing, quick and sanitary. I would recommend this place to any friends or family that is looking for a good place to get a piercing or a tattoo as this place and these people know what theyre doing when it comes to their jobs and they take their sanitation and safety procedures seriously and strive to make sure that their customers have the best service that they can offer.

I love the atmosphere. You dont feel intimidated like when you go to some tattoo shops. Jesse has done 99.9% of my work and what he didnt do, he fixed.
